Mr. Noor Shergill

With over seven years of experience, Noor brings an impressive track record to the firm. Focussing primarily on litigation and dispute resolution, he deals with a wide clientele including multinational corporations, government entities, e-commerce start-ups, and private individuals, in various forums across New Delhi. His rich expertise extends to consumer protection laws, electricity laws, insolvency and corporate laws, and taxation laws. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, as well as state High Courts and state electricity regulatory commissions.

He cleared the prestigious All India Civil Services Examination in 2015 and served as an Officer of the Indian Corporate Law Service, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. His last posting was as the Assistant Official Liquidator, Hon’ble Bombay High Court where he handled the liquidation process of some of the biggest companies in India. Thereafter, he worked as an Attorney with the Infrastructure Projects, and Regulatory Disputes. With his wide-ranging experience and exceptional legal acumen, he leads the team toward phenomenal achievements.
