Ms. Anuja Pethia

Spearheading the firm’s general dispute resolution, Ms. Anuja Pethia brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm. As an Advocate on Record, she regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India. Having a decade-long post-qualification experience, she specializes in litigation, dispute resolution, general prelitigation, and litigation-related advisory.

She is committed to fostering workplace equality and is the Independent External Member on the Internal Complaints Committees of the Lok Sabha Secretariat, Parliament of India, and Swarovski India Private Limited, under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. She also founded Equalplus, an organization devoted to workplace equality laws. 

She pursued B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, followed by LL.M. in International Crime and Justice from the renowned United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute and Università degli Studi di Torino, Italy. Post that, she cleared the All India Civil Services examination in 2015 and served as an Officer for the Government of India in the Indian Corporate Law Service. She also handled significant responsibilities as Assistant Director, Office of Regional Director (North Zone), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi. After two fulfilling years on the job, she left the service to pursue her passion for litigation.
